Course Brief: Long range shooting is all about quantitative data and consistency. Using a world-class private training facility in Southern Georgia, this course is designed for you to discover what you, along with your weapon system, are truly capable of. Picking up where we left off in the LR1-2, students will be coached through shooting their rifles and obtaining solid data (D.O.P.E) out to 1000 yards, in 100 yard increments. This will be done on a purpose-built Known Distance Range. On Day Two, students will have the opportunity to be coached on holdovers, wind calls and distance assessment on a separate purpose-built 2,300 yard Unknown Distance Range. This course allows students to truly find out how far their rifle, equipment and skills can shoot out to. This is truly an "Immersive Class" with students eating, shooting and sleeping at the facility.
Fundamentally students will attain greater confidence in themselves, their riffles and optics. This class will set you above the average. Pushing targets out to 1000 plus yards while shooting from realistic positions will truly test your equipment and skills. You will even get an opportunity to shoot out to our 1 Mile Target. Not all shooters will be able to hit it, but everyone will have the opportunity.
